This policy explains what information Genesis Consulting & Development (“Genesis”, “we”) collects when you use this website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you use the consultation flow we collect the details you submit — your name, phone number, email, industry, project description, and budget range — along with the transcript of your discovery-assistant chat and the appointment time you select. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about site usage.
How we use it
We use this information solely to schedule and prepare for your consultation: to create your calendar appointment, send you confirmation and reminder messages, and understand your needs before we meet. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
To deliver the booking flow we share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors: Google Calendar (appointment scheduling), Telnyx (SMS confirmations and reminders), Resend (confirmation email), and Anthropic (the discovery-chat assistant). Each processes data only to provide its service.
Data retention
We retain consultation records for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete them. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Your choices
