An engineer and entrepreneur by training, Eben Benyarku has built his career on a simple belief — anything you can imagine can be built.
During his studies at the University of Maryland's A. James Clark School of Engineering, Eben founded his first real estate company, establishing a presence across the DMV through fix-and-flips, rental portfolios, and multifamily acquisitions. He soon expanded into the solar industry, building operations spanning California, Texas, and the DMV, and refining a sharp instinct for scaling businesses across markets.
It was during this period that Eben discovered a deeper passion: software development. What began as a means of streamlining his own companies evolved into a discipline in its own right — engineering custom AI automations and applications that transformed how his businesses operated. The results were undeniable: tasks that once consumed hours were reduced to seconds, costs dropped, and efficiency soared across every operation. That work matured into a robust portfolio spanning real estate, solar, and sales, including lead-generation systems, AI voice agents, automated dialers, and comprehensive operational dashboards.
Having seen firsthand how profoundly these systems improved his own businesses, Eben recognized a larger opportunity: if this approach worked so well for him, it could do the same for others. That realization became the foundation for Genesis Consulting and Development — a company built to bring the same custom AI automations and applications to businesses everywhere, transforming the manual, repetitive, and costly aspects of an operation into custom-built systems engineered to perform.
